Kaiya's original Wish was to visit Disney. Although we waited a good portion of the year, it became clear that a travel Wish was going to be out of the question for her.

Instead, we surprised her with a unicorn themed backyard party for her and her family, complete with bounce houses, games, activities, and loads of gifts. She had a beautiful unicorn cake, and two of her favorite foods -- pizza and McDonald's french fries.

It wasn't what we initially planned, but in the end, it was the smiles and giggles of pure joy that mattered.
